Double cap rivets for leather and webbing

Double cap rivets are the standard choice for joining leather, webbing and BioThane. They are set with a hand press or mallet and create a flat, finished look on both sides of the material. Available in several sizes and finishes to match your project.

Chicago screws for adjustable connections

Chicago screws, also known as binding posts, consist of a screw and a threaded barrel that clamp together through your material. Unlike rivets, they can be unscrewed and reassembled, making them ideal for dog collars, belts and straps where occasional disassembly is useful.

Choosing the right rivet or screw size

The post length of your rivet or chicago screw should match the total thickness of the materials being joined. Too short and the connection will be weak, too long and the cap will not sit flush. Always measure your material stack before ordering.
